Terms and Conditions

Because some of you might be traveling, arranging flights, hotel rooms, car rentals, etc. we recommend you wait for our confirmation 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class. International Forwarding Academy reserves the right to cancel any training class in the absence of minimum participants. If a cancellation occurs, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee or at their choosing be provided alternate dates of the same course. In the event of a cancellation, International Forwarding Academy cannot be held responsible for expenses incurred including travel, hotel, car rental fees, etc.

International Forwarding Academy reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

In the event International Forwarding Academy is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement, despite having taken commercially reasonable precautions, because of acts of God, interruption of electrical power or other utilities, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, a declaration of war, a disease epidemic, or a hurricane, earthquake, or other natural disaster events, International Forwarding Academy shall not be liable to the other for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes. International Forwarding Academy shall notify each registered attendee as soon as reasonably possible following the occurrence of an event described above.
