Refund Policy

If you cannot make the training class yourself, you may send someone in your place at no charge. For a full refund you must give us at least a 30-day notice prior to the scheduled day of the class. Please visit our Contact page and send us a message with subject line “Cancel Class” and a full refund will be issued. We do not issue refunds under 30 days; however, you may move to a future class for a $95.00 change fee.
