All of our International Forwarding Academy courses can be delivered on-site at your location, providing a cost-effective and efficient way to train your team. Our on-site courses are designed for groups of 10 to 20 employees.

Our courses are particularly well-suited for individuals who are looking to enhance their knowledge of international shipping, logistics, and trade compliance. This can include professionals who work in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, compliance, and related fields.

If you have less than five years of experience in the industry, our courses can provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that will help you succeed in your role. If you have more than five years of experience, our courses can offer you new insights and best practices that can help you stay current and competitive in the industry.

In the event that you are unable to attend a course, you may send a substitute attendee at no additional cost. However, if you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be issued only if we receive notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. To request a refund, please visit our Contact page and send us a message with the subject line "Cancel Class."

Please note that we do not issue refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date. However, you can choose to transfer your registration to a future class for a $95.00 change fee.
